Organizational apologies regarding complicity in oppressive practices proliferated in recent years, but meaningful change demands practical strategies. It helps to cultivate a better understanding of contexts that (re)create(d) problematic systems. White supremacy norms are often insidious and cause harm to folx from all backgrounds. In this interactive session, attendees can critically reflect and dialogue about navigating systemic oppression, fostering inclusivity, and promoting equity in their workplaces.
